How to quickbooks desktop fields display black instead of white?

There can be more than one solution for this problem. follow given steps:
1.Restart QuickBooks Desktop.
You will also need to make sure that the QBW32.exe QuickBooks Desktop process is not still running in the background by checking the Windows Task Manager.
a. Click the Windows Start button to bring up the Start menu.
b. Type taskmgr and press Enter. This will open the Windows Task Manager.
c. Click the Processes tab to display the processes currently running on your computer. In Windows 10: If you do not have tabs, click the arrow at the bottom of the window that says More Details.
d. Find a process named QuickBooks (32 bit) or QBW32.exe.
  • If you find it, click it and then click the End Process or End Task button at the bottom of the window
  • If you do not find any instances of QBW32.exe or QuickBooks (32 bit), then all instances of QuickBooks have been closed.
If the issue still occurs, then try the next steps.
2.Reboot your computer
3.Run reboot.bat to re-register QuickBooks program files.
4.Update your video card drivers to the latest release.
5.Change your Windows theme to Basic:
  1. Right-click your desktop and select Personalize
  2. Choose one of the Windows Basic Themes.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Open QuickBooks and work in your file normally to see if the issue comes back.
6.Edit the QBW.ini file.
If error persists, you should contact Customer Support for QuickBooks.
