When I try to access my quickbooks and toggle in my company file it is giving me unrecoverable error message alongwith two options

If you are getting an “Unrecoverable Error” in QuickBooks while trying to open QuickBooks desktop or QB database Server Manager. Unrecoverable Error is a QuickBooks Enterprise error. No need to be worry. It is very easy to solve this error by doing the following steps:
Make a copy of the QuickBooks Desktop file on your desktop to find out if there is any problem with the company file’s location.
  1. Open the folder of your QuickBooks company file.
  2. Search the QuickBooks file with the extension of .QBW.
  3. Right-clickon the file
  4. Click on Copy.
  5. Go to the desktop of your computer and right-clickon it.
  6. Click on Paste.
  7. Hold the control keyand open QuickBooks.
  8. No Company Open windowwill directly open.
  9. Click on Open or restore an existing company.
  10. Navigate and find out for the company file you copiedand open it.
Your problem will be solved. You can check it.
